Our story
GG stands for Gloria’s Grill, a restaurant established in 2014 in Henderson, Auckland. The boodle fight which is a way of dine-in with your bare hands referred to as “kamayan” was one of our most popular feasts. Toti Maiquez and Gloria Maiquez as the owner and Chef decided to convert the restaurant into a catering business from 2016 and became GG catering & events. The catering business focused to be a service to the Filipino Community based in Auckland, through our traditional filipino cuisine. From simple parties to debuts and 21st birthdays, corporate & wedding functions to any major events GG catering promises to deliver our best and a focus centred service to everyone. Wedding hall decorations and rental equipments are part of the business. We can help you to plan and organise your event and we can deliver the result. We also can offer you our services in a competitive and affordable budget.
